I recently completed a 6-week holistic wellness program by ‘My Real Fake Life’. I learned about the importance of reading food labels, the affects of meditation, the importance of exercise and sleep, not only for myself, but for my family too. I enjoyed personal one-to-one tailored fitness instruction and healthy cooking lessons. I learned an incredible amount on different methods and techniques to help improve my health and well-being and which I will continue to practice on a daily basis. It was refreshing to be taught by Stacy who is so professional and has a natural passion for holistic health and wellbeing. Her knowledge is really quite remarkable and I am forever thankful to Stacy for introducing me to other professionals in this area.
This course is great for anyone wanting to improve and educate themselves on the importance of health and wellbeing. I highly recommend it. I gained much more from this course than I anticipated, and I had high expectations. I am so pleased that I signed up for this course as I now have the knowledge, the education and tools to not only look after my health and wellbeing, but also to look after my family.
